See. Do. Love.
Our Core Values
Compassion
Empathy and love guide our intentions to build community and amplify the power of operations teams. We are in the practice of listening deeply, designing intentionally, and cultivating deep connections across the StartOps community so that our schools have an increased capacity to build and sustain more equitable and inclusive school communities.
Community
Power lies in community. We know there is boundless expertise and an abundance of gifts within operations teams. We hope to foster connections across schools and connect operations teams so that our schools can move towards greater equity and inclusion together.
Collaboration
We believe that process is product and operations teams design and implement processes daily. In order for our schools to be more equitable, our own interpersonal experiences of collaboration and co-creation must embody the values of equity, diversity, and belonging.
The Ideas We Stand on
These books and articles have helped to shape our approach to cultivating community, our vision for co-creating our shared future, and helped us to define what compassion really means.
